As an instructor, what do you think are your most powerful, unique traits that you offer to your clients?
I bring high energy and a lot of encouragement—but what really sets me apart is how closely I watch form, alignment, and individual needs. I’m a twin mom and a Type 1 Diabetic, and my journey through both has deeply shaped how I approach fitness today.
During my twin pregnancy in 2019, I gained 75 pounds, and I truly believe that the deep core work on the Megaformer helped me avoid Diastasis Recti. After giving birth, I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, which sent me on a whole new journey of learning about my body, hormones, insulin resistance, and how all of that impacts fitness and recovery.
Through this experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding that every body is unique and constantly changing. I design each workout with purpose—ensuring clients feel empowered, safe, and successful, regardless of their starting point. Whether it's modifying moves or challenging clients with heavier weights, I meet them where they are and help them move forward, stronger.

As an instructor, what do you think are your most powerful, unique traits that you offer to your clients?
As an instructor, I lead with purpose, energy, and intention. When I work out, I want it to be worth my time and energy—and I know my clients feel the same way. That mindset drives how I show up in every class. We all walk into the studio for different reasons: different goals, different challenges, and different seasons of life. My goal is to create a space that meets you where you are—but doesn’t let you stay there. I design classes that are intentionally challenging, but always encouraging. I want to push you, not punish you. For 50 minutes, I want you to feel focused, strong, and capable. I want you to sweat with purpose, connect to your body, and walk out high on endorphins—knowing it was absolutely worth it.
