How long have you been an instructor?
15 years. I became a personal trainer in 2011, a Balanced Body pilates instructor in 2013 and Lagree Fitness in 2016 and have been in love with it ever since!!! Fun fact: Sebastian Lagree was a personal trainer / Pilates instructor, who then created his own method, Lagree! So it makes sense it would become my dream workout! <3

As an instructor, what do you think are your most powerful, unique traits that you offer to your clients?
I've always been told I have a high level of patience. I think it transfers over to a room of clients in a way they really appreciate and feel comfortable. I'm a stickler when it comes to form. Firm believer in providing a routine that is effective and has a purpose. Just because it's “hard” doesn't mean it's effective. Also, being personable. I love being part of their personal lives, from weddings, babies, birthdays etc. I view my clients as family. I see them more on a weekly basis than anyone except Biggie, lol.

As an instructor, what do you think are your most powerful, unique traits that you offer to your clients?
As an instructor, I lead with purpose, energy, and intention. When I work out, I want it to be worth my time and energy—and I know my clients feel the same way. That mindset drives how I show up in every class. We all walk into the studio for different reasons: different goals, different challenges, and different seasons of life. My goal is to create a space that meets you where you are—but doesn’t let you stay there. I design classes that are intentionally challenging, but always encouraging. I want to push you, not punish you. For 50 minutes, I want you to feel focused, strong, and capable. I want you to sweat with purpose, connect to your body, and walk out high on endorphins—knowing it was absolutely worth it.
