The Ultimate Hybrid Workout: Megaformer Meets Treadmill
FIRM Combo takes your training to the next level by combining 25 minutes on the MEGA PRO with 25 minutes on the Velociraptor — our self-powered, curved treadmill. This class features a variety of interval formats that challenge your endurance, strength, and stability. Whether through changes in speed, resistance, or intensity, your body will stay guessing while your results keep climbing. All the benefits of a high-performance workout — delivered in a joint-friendly, low-impact format.

MEET THE VELOCIRAPTOR
The Velociraptor features 8 degrees of resistance, making it perfect for high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The curvature of the track forces you to run with proper hip-foot alignment, shortens your stride and increases the frequency of your cadence, and—just like with track and field running—the power of forward propulsion comes from the muscles of your posterior chain: your calves, glutes, and hamstrings and not the automatic motion of a belt. It also offers a variety of movements besides walk, jog, run, such as: single leg sweeps, side shuffle, sled pushes and more!

As the 8th installment of the Megaformer series, the Mega Pro is designed and built on the same frame as the M3 Megaformer series, making it a true advancement in the Megaformer collection. It is delicately designed with a simpler and cleaner exterior, giving it a sleek, streamlined appearance in studios. The Mega Pro is a true testament of advances in the Megaformer series. The redesigned platform lift, as well as the carriage, are instantly identifiable in both its appearance and functionality when in use.
